Security Deposit: A $250 security deposit will be authorized by the Front Desk on the guest’s credit card per reservation. This is a temporary hold, not a charge. The Accounting team will release the funds within three (3) days after check-out, provided no damages are reported. Packages: All incoming packages will incur a fee of $5 per package. Valet parking rates are as follows: 1–7 days: $28 per day 8–10 days: $25 per day 11–19 days: $250 per stay 20–30 days: $295 per stay (plus tax) Note: Additional charges may apply for oversized vehicles (VIP parking). Trash: -Trash can be emptied using the building trash chute. -The room containing the the trash chute is at the end of the hall by the elevators. Pool: Please note the pool is open daily from sunrise to dusk.
