The outdoor space is shared, but we’re very respectful of guest privacy and want you to feel comfortable enjoying it during your stay. 🚗 Easy & Private Access Private entrance Dedicated parking Self check-in for a smooth arrival Guest access Guests have full, private access to the apartment, which is located above our garage and accessed through a separate entrance. You’ll have your own space with no shared interior areas. There is dedicated parking available for your stay, along with self check-in for a smooth and convenient arrival. Guests are also welcome to enjoy the backyard and hot tub. The outdoor space is shared, but we’re very respectful of guest privacy and want you to feel comfortable using it during your stay. If you’d ever like more private time in the hot tub, feel free to message us—we’re happy to accommodate when possible. Other things to note This is a private apartment located above our garage, so you may occasionally hear light noise from the garage door or normal activity during the day. The backyard and hot tub are shared outdoor spaces. We’re very respectful of guest privacy and want you to feel comfortable enjoying them during your stay. Our home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, so this space is best suited for guests looking for a relaxing, low-key stay rather than parties or large gatherings. Please note that stairs are required to access the apartment.
