It is well stocked with cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils, and more. 3 Bedrooms / 2 Bathrooms (6 Guests) - Bedroom 1 (primary): King-size bed with TV and en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower - Bedroom 2: King-size bed with shared bathroom - Bedroom 3: Queen-size bed with shared bathroom Parking: Driveway (2 cars) and street parking. No garage access for guests. Private Backyard: The private pool can be heated for cooler-season swims, and the BBQ grill stands ready for outdoor dining. Enjoy an amazing, brand-new saltwater pool! Pool Details: Optional heating ($129 per day). The pool can be heated to a very comfortable 86°F. POOL SAFETY NOTICE: The pool area is NOT fenced. Door and window alarms are installed for safety. Children must be actively supervised by an adult at all times when outdoors — please never leave children unattended near the pool. Please note: this home is not suitable for children under 12, as no pool safety equipment is installed. No Parties or Events: Maximum occupancy is 6 guests. Please respect the parking limits. This is not a party house. If these rules are broken, a $500 penalty fine will be incurred and you will be asked to leave. Security Cameras: Exterior cameras monitor entry points only, to verify occupancy and for emergencies. Pet Policy: Pets are strictly prohibited. This is an ADULT ONLY home. Our home is not suitable for children under 12 due to safety considerations, as there is no pool safety equipment, and the furnishings also require gentle use and care. We've designed our space to be a relaxing retreat for mature children and adults, and we kindly ask guests to consider this when booking. If you'd like to request an exception, please message us in your inquiry. If an exception is granted and approved, the home will be fully inspected upon check-out. If any damage to the property or furniture is noted, it is to be covered by the guest. No fires, smoking, or vaping inside or outside of the house.
