Our 3-bedroom, 2-bath condo is located in Beachside Colony, Tybee's beachfront resort community, with the beach, two pools and The Deck restaurant and bar just steps away. Our guests love the location, the extras we provide and having so much right here without needing to get in the car. Check out our wonderful reviews! PERFECT FOR 2 OR UP TO 8 Don't let the three bedrooms fool you! We have lots of couples who book the condo just for themselves because they want the space, ocean view and resort amenities. If you'll only be using one bedroom and bathroom, ask me about a reduced cleaning fee. The condo sleeps up to 8: Primary bedroom: King bed, ensuite bath, walk-in closet, TV and direct access to the ocean-view balcony Bedroom 2: Queen bed, TV, closet, nightstand and luggage rack Bedroom 3: Two twin beds, TV, closet, nightstand and luggage rack Living room: Sleeper sofa A second full bathroom with a tub/shower serves the two guest bedrooms. INSIDE TYBEE TURTLE TIME Take the elevator or stairs up to the condo and make yourself at home. The hallway opens into a bright, open living, dining and kitchen area. The kitchen is fully stocked, and the living room has plenty of space for everyone to relax after a day on the beach. Families will find a Kid's Korner with books, games and puzzles. And yes, the Magic 8 Ball gets used by the adults too. My kids are in their 30s and still consult it on every visit! The primary bedroom and living room both open to the private balcony overlooking the Atlantic. There's a table with seating for four plus two additional chairs. It's one of my favorite places for morning coffee or an evening glass of... something a little more festive. The condo was refreshed in soothing ocean-blue tones to create the relaxed beach atmosphere I wanted when I purchased it in late 2023. THE BEACH + POOLS + THE DECK This is where our location really shines. Our entire condo complex is on the BEACH SIDE of Butler Avenue. You aren't crossing the main road and hauling all your beach gear several blocks to get to the ocean. Our stretch of beach is wide and typically less crowded than the area around the Pier. An easy ramp crosses the dunes, which makes taking beach carts and other wheeled items much easier. After the beach, choose between TWO resort-style pools. One is heated during the cooler spring and fall seasons, which is one of my favorite amenities! In the hot months, one pool is CHILLED. This is a huge bonus in July-September The pool area also has lounge chairs, restrooms, outdoor showers and water fountains. And maybe the best part? The Deck restaurant and bar is right downstairs. Grab lunch, dinner or drinks without leaving the property. After a long day of doing absolutely nothing on the beach, sometimes walking downstairs for dinner is about all the ambition you need. LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION We're MID-ISLAND, which puts you right in the middle of Tybee. Walk south along the beach toward the Pier or north toward the Lighthouse. You're close to restaurants and attractions without being in the middle of the busiest Pier crowds. Directly across Butler Avenue is Tybee Island Memorial Park with a large playground, library and tennis courts. Locals also set up temporary pickleball nets when YMCA activities aren't using the courts, and the YMCA offers pickleball open play. ACCESSIBILITY The condo has elevator access and handicap parking. Our beach crossover has a ramp, and wheelchair-accessible beach entry is also available from Center Street. Beach wheelchairs can be reserved near the Pier. WE STOCK THE EXTRAS One thing you'll notice in our reviews is that we don't like leaving guests hanging when it comes to supplies. You'll find high-speed Wi-Fi, a fully stocked kitchen, beach chairs, beach towels, beach toys and plenty of basic condo and household supplies. The goal is simple: pack less, buy less when you arrive and spend more time enjoying Tybee. EARLY CHECK-IN / LATE CHECK-OUT I do my BEST to accommodate early check-in or late check-out whenever the reservation schedule allows. If another guest isn't checking out or arriving that same day and I can give you some extra beach time, I'm happy to do it. I do NOT charge an additional fee for this when I'm able to accommodate it. Guest access WELCOME TO YOUR TYBEE BEACHFRONT RETREAT You'll have full access to our spacious 1,341-square-foot, 3-bedroom, 2-bath condo located on the second floor of Beachside Colony. Elevator access makes arrivals easy, and covered parking means no climbing into a blazing-hot car after a day at the beach! Inside, you'll find plenty of room for up to 8 guests, ocean views, a private balcony, a fully stocked kitchen and thoughtful extras designed to make your vacation easier. FULLY STOCKED KITCHEN Whether you're cooking a family dinner or just making coffee before heading to the beach, we've tried to think of what you'll need. The kitchen includes cookware, dishes, utensils, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer with icemaker, blender, crockpot, Keurig and traditional coffee maker. We even provide starter coffee pods, filters and regular coffee so your first morning is covered. SPACE TO SPREAD OUT The open living and dining area gives everyone room to gather without feeling crowded. Families will appreciate our Kid's Korner stocked with books, games and puzzles, while adults have plenty of comfortable space to relax after a day at the beach. Every bedroom AND the living room has its own TV with Xfinity cable, including HBO, plus the ability to access your favorite streaming services. SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS Primary Bedroom: King bed, ensuite bathroom, TV, walk-in closet and direct access to the ocean-view balcony. You'll also find many of our beach chairs, umbrellas and beach supplies stored in the closet. Bedroom 2: Queen bed, closet and TV. Bedroom 3: Two twin beds, closet and TV, with convenient access to the second full bathroom. Living Room: Sleeper sofa with linens provided and a large TV. DINING + OCEAN-VIEW BALCONY The dining table comfortably seats 8, with additional seating for 3 at the kitchen bar. Step outside onto the private balcony overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. There's a table with seating for 4 plus two additional chairs, making this one of our favorite spots for morning coffee, watching the sunrise or enjoying the ocean breeze at the end of the day. WE PROVIDE THE EXTRAS One thing we never want is for guests to arrive and immediately have to make a giant supply run. You'll find fresh bed linens, bath towels, washcloths, makeup cloths and microfiber beach towels. We also provide a selection of beach chairs, umbrellas and beach gear for guests to borrow. If you need additional equipment, I'm happy to provide local rental information. You'll arrive to household essentials including dishwasher pods, dish soap, laundry pods, trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels and paper plates. We often provide to-go coffee cups too, perfect for taking that first cup down to the beach. Availability of individual supplies may vary. RIGHT IN THE MIDDLE OF TYBEE Beachside Colony is located in Tybee's Mid Beach area, putting you in a great central location for exploring the island. Head south toward the Pier and restaurants or north toward the Lighthouse and North Beach. Better yet, stay right here and enjoy the wide stretch of beach directly in front of the property. Across the street you'll find Memorial Park, a large playground, library, tennis courts and the YMCA. Pickleball is also played on temporary nets at the courts when YMCA activities aren't scheduled.
