Heavenly Haven-5 minutes to ski lodge/free shuttle

This 2 bedroom/1 bath condo has a partial lake view, situated close to Stagecoach/Boulder Lodges, for amazing winter sports, and close to hiking and biking trails in the summer. Shuttles to the lodges stop by the parking to the condo. Fox & Hound Grill & the local Mini Mart are within walking distance. The Heavenly Village/restaurants/grocery stores/casinos/lake, etc are a short drive away (10 min or so) The space Enjoy the cozy gas fireplace and cool mountain nights, and partial lake view. This 2 bedroom/1 bathroom condo has 2 queens beds. The kitchenette allows for in-condo cooking - has a countertop oven, double induction hot plate, microwave, pots, pans etc, plus a a bbq grill out on the deck. 10 min drive to lake. 5 min walk to Heavenly’s Stagecoach ski lift. 5 min walk to vast trail systems plus great biking trails nearby Guest access Entire condo is for guest use only Other things to note Check out info. 1. Please remove ALL trash and dispose of in large trash bins in front of parking area 2. Please close/lock all windows and doors on departure 3. Please leave heat set at 55 degrees (in winter), to avoid pipes freezing 4. Please put USED towels only in bathtub 5. Please rinse and stack dirty dishes, our cleaners will put them away (please do not leave dirty dishes in sink) Per Douglas County vacation rental rules :- 1. Must be at least 25 years to book and stay during entire duration of booking. 2. Only # of guests listed are allowed to stay (4 maximum) 3. Outdoor quiet time is between 9pm - 8am (no hottub use), indoor noise to be kept to a reasonable volume 4. No parties or events on property Due to the crazy nature of our world right now, we strongly suggest that whenever you take a trip you purchase a travel insurance to guard against unforeseen circumstances beyond ones control (fire, weather, illnesses, etc…). Airbnb does offer travel insurance. Please note - the HOA has informed us that the pool/spa will be closed for construction from 7/21/2025 until further notice
