Our Peaceful Pawleys Place

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located townhouse. The back deck overlooks a beautiful tributary to the Black River. (No swimming please.) Only three miles to Publix, Starbucks, Frank’s Restaurant, Fresh Market, TJ Maxx, etc. & just a little further to the local beaches. There is a hose by the front door for sandy “Beach feet” & room to leave a towel. This is also a “getaway/staycation” place for friends & family. I hope you love it as much as we do! Our cleaning fee is $30. The space This is a townhouse. There are three other townhouses in this building. There are two parking places per townhouse and they are numbered. It is a one-way drive through. You will be given a code for the front door. Guest access You have the whole townhouse to yourself. And it’s perfect for a couple and possibly two children. Other things to note One more detail, the front door is coded and after you put the code in and turn the knob, you have to push the door pretty hard to get in but once you get it, you’re good.
