Other things to note Parties/Noise - We want you to have a great and safe stay with us, while also maintaining good relationships with our neighbors. To help with this, we have installed Minut Noise Monitoring inside and outside the house to monitor noise levels and ensure that the neighborhood remains family-friendly. Please note that these devices do not have the capability of recording conversations, and are simply in place to help us uphold the platform’s policy of not allowing parties or large gatherings. Security Cameras - We want you to have a safe and enjoyable stay with us, which is why we have installed cameras facing the driveway, side gate, and front door. These cameras are solely for the purpose of ensuring the safety and security of our property. This are not monitored but simply to help keep the property safe. We hope this helps to give you peace of mind during your stay with us. Wifi - To ensure that you have fast and reliable internet access throughout your stay, we have installed a wifi mesh network throughout the house. This means you'll be able to connect to the internet and stream your favorite shows and movies no matter where you are in the house. In addition to providing fast internet, our house is also equipped with smart home technology, including light switches, A/C, locks, and a fire alarm alert system. While these features are sure to make your stay more convenient and comfortable, we do ask that you refrain from tampering with them for the safety and security of our property.
