Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. The home is located 10 minutes away from the strip, and 10 minutes from Harry Reid Airport. Shopping centers are close by, and very quiet neighborhood. The space The home has 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom. 1 queen bed in one room, 1 queen bed in another room, two twin beds in the third room. Full living room with a 65' inch TV. TV has Netflix, Amazon Prime, YouTube, and other softwares available for your use. Kitchen included all essential necessities. Coffee maker available. Microwave Washer & Dryer Dishwasher Gas oven and stove Toaster Blender Patio furniture. Minut System: monitoring system installed. If noise inside or outside of the home reaches certain level, owner will be notified within 15 minutes. Monitoring system is only used from 9:00p.m-8:00a.m. In the event of extreme heat warning the AC should be restricted to 72-74 degrees to prevent AC unit damages. Guest have access to the entire home. Pets are welcomed (: Guest access Garage is available. Guest are allowed to park inside garage. Two remote controls are available. Should they go missing, there will be a $500.00 replacement fee for each control missing. Other things to note PARTIES: ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES! No gatherings outside of the guest registered with the host. If this is not followed guest understand and agree to a $2,500 fee which will cover the cost of additional time, coordination with security detail and law enforcement. This is not a party house. If you plan on having a party, or more guest, do not reserve this home. -No unregistered guest are allowed unless approved by host. -The number of guest should match reservation guest list. QUIET HOURS: Quiet hours are from 9:00p.m - 8:00a.m. SMOKING: Smoking is not allowed inside the home. Should there be smoking inside the home there will be a $2,000.00 smoking fee.
