The Palace

This unique place has a style of its own. It’s Cozy & comfortable and also close to the Airport. It’s Truly a Home away from Home. One street parking and is located residential area. The space Master Bedroom has its own Bathroom & TV All bedrooms has TV’s Bathroom in lower level as well. The Palace is Newly Constructed & has No wear & tear. Very cozy & clean . On street parking as well as WiFi Guest access Guest has access to entire house. Full yard as well Other things to note There’s a 200.00 Cleaning Fee 49.00 service charge . House rules No Parties . You must be sure to leave the space as you left it. All soiled linen to be put in laundry baskets in rooms . Soiled towels & rags are to go in laundry baskets in lower level of the house in laundry baskets . All parties staying the night in the Palace must be on reservation. No exceptions. Trash goes outside in garbage cans located on patio . Absolutely No Pets. Check in time is at 4pm & check out time is @ 11am.
