The space This beautifully appointed 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom townhouse sleeps up to 8 guests and has everything you need to relax, recharge, and make unforgettable memories. Sleeping arrangements: Bedroom 1 (Downstairs): 1 King bed with private bathroom Bedroom 2 (Upstairs): 1 Queen bed with ensuite bathroom Bedroom 3 (Upstairs): 1 Full bed + 1 Twin bed Bedroom 4 (Upstairs): 2 Twin beds Home Features: Fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances (fridge, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, blender, coffee maker) Open-concept living and dining area Private screened-in lanai with splash pool Patio with lounge chairs and outdoor dining area Pool heating available upon request (extra cost) Extra touches: Smart TVs in all bedrooms and living room High-speed WiFi Full-size washer and dryer Central A/C and heating Linens and towels provided once per stay Washcloths available only upon prior request at $3 each The house includes a grill and there's no extra charge to use it—no surprise fees here, just good vibes and BBQ dreams 😎 Just don’t forget to bring your gas… and of course, the meat! We provide the grill, you bring the feast Pool Maintenance: Our team enters the backyard once per week for a quick pool check. It’s discreet, fast, and ensures you always have sparkling water. Guest access Guests have full and private access to: The entire townhouse All bedrooms and bathrooms Kitchen, living, and dining areas Private patio and splash pool Washer/dryer in-unit Free parking in front of the house (first come, first served) Enjoy complimentary access to Storey Lake Resort amenities: Resort-style swimming pools Lazy river & splash pad Fitness center & clubhouse with restaurant/bar Sports courts (volleyball, basketball) Mini-golf & kayaking (rentals may apply) Other things to note Your Comfort & Safety First Check-in: Check-in is from 4:00 PM. You’ll enter with a smart lock code (no physical key). Registered Guests Only: Only guests listed in the reservation are permitted. All guests must be registered in the resort system before arrival and provide a valid email to receive the resort gate access code. Without this, we cannot guarantee entry and are not responsible for denied access. Respect Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM No Pets: Unauthorized pets will incur a $200 fine + possible resort fines. No Smoking: No smoking inside the home (including tobacco, cannabis, or vapes). $250 fine will apply. Pool Heating: Available for an extra cost (request at least 48 hours before). Minimum 2-day use. Max temp: 90°F (32°C). Pool Area Maintenance: We perform weekly maintenance from the backyard (not inside). We respect your privacy. Trash Disposal: Use the large bin at the entrance of the house. Trash must be in sealed plastic bags. Paper bags or loose garbage will not be picked up and may result in fines from the HOA. Damage & Forgotten Items: Items must be returned in the condition they were received. Forgotten item return has a $150 admin fee + shipping cost. Starter Supplies: We provide essentials for your first days (toilet paper, paper towel, etc.). For longer stays, please purchase additional supplies as needed.
