There is an option to rent both units to have a five bedroom property which sleeps up to 12 using the sleeper sofa down stairs (sleeper linens need to be requested prior to stay). Can be connected via interior door. Primary bedroom has a king size bed with an en-suite bathroom and a TV. Remaining bedrooms each have two twin size beds. Home also has a newer kitchen, a Smart TV, Spectrum Cable, Wi-Fi, a large capacity washer/dryer, and a private deck in the back for sunbathing, grilling or relaxing. In the garage there are bicycles and kayaks that are shared by both units. Please wear helmet when biking and life bests when kayaking.
