During Your Stay To help keep our home in excellent condition and comply with our HOA rules, we kindly ask that you observe the following guidelines: * Only the approved pets listed on your reservation may stay at the property. Maximum of two. * Dogs must be kept on a leash at all times while anywhere within the community, including all common areas and designated pet relief areas, in accordance with HOA regulations. * Please use only the community’s designated pet relief areas and clean up after your pet immediately. All pet waste must be disposed of in sealed bags in the appropriate receptacles. * Pets should not be allowed on beds or upholstered furniture unless you use your own protective covers. * Dogs should not be left unattended for extended periods if they are prone to barking, anxiety, or destructive behavior. * Excessive barking or behavior that disturbs neighbors is not permitted. * Please ensure your pet does not scratch or damage doors, furniture, flooring, walls, or other surfaces. * If your dog becomes wet or muddy, please clean and dry them before bringing them back inside the home. * Should any pet-related accident or damage occur during your stay, please notify us promptly so we can address it together. Damage Responsibility Guests are responsible for any damage, excessive cleaning, odor removal, flea treatment, or repairs resulting from their pets. If the cost of repairs or remediation exceeds the pet fee, additional charges may be requested through the booking platform in accordance with its policies. Failure to comply with this policy or applicable HOA regulations may result in additional charges or termination of the reservation. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
