 There are 4 bedrooms in this home, a king in the master and the rest each have a queen bed. The master bedroom has an ensuite bath with a large walk-in shower, double sinks and a private back outdoor patio. The second bedroom also has an ensuite bathroom and the other full bath is shared amongst the 2 additional guest bedrooms. This home comfortably sleeps 8 in beds with a maximum occupancy of 8. All bedrooms and bathrooms are furnished with a generous supply of premiere linens and ceiling fans to ensure you are comfortable at all times. No AC 
 Additional amenities include 1 garage parking space and there is also additional street parking. No full size trucks or suburbans please. Standard SUV’s and smaller will fit easily. WIFI and internet smart TV streaming is provided and there is a shared washer and dryer in the garage for your use. Other things to note There is no smoking inside or outside this home - NO EXCEPTIONS!
 NO PETS This home is only suitable for quieter groups. Our rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy and/or parties.
