This is half of a duplex and was built in 1928 and has the front covered sitting porch of that era. (Perfect for coffee, cocktails or reading a good book). Full kitchen and laundry inside. Hardwood floors. Separate bedroom and large living room with space for your remote office. EV Charging next to dedicated off street parking. The space Hardwood floors throughout. Front room is the living area with a Smart TV about what used to be a fireplace. There is an table that you welcome to use for your computer, to put together a puzzle or just enjoy your meal looking out the front (when it is too hot/cold to be on the front porch). Lots of room in the living room to unwind and relax. The bedroom has a queen bed, large closet and large dresser. There is tons of room for you to unpack your luggage and move your things in. The kitchen has pots and pans, dishes, silverware, includes a full refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, tea kettle, etc. You are welcome to cook or bring food in. The laundry room has a new stacked washer and dryer unit. No need to get dressed to go elsewhere to do laundry. Just walk to the back of the unit. The bathroom has a tub and shower. Be careful the water heater was turned up by request of a guest. Adjust it down to the level you want before stepping in. Guest access You have access to everything except the closet in the bathroom where our cleaning staff stores the supplies. Other things to note We allow 1 pet but would like to know what kind before you move it. There is a $25 per day fee for your pet.
