Our home offers the following amenities and spaces: 5 Bedrooms / 5.5 Bathrooms / Sleeps 19 Guests: First Floor: Bedroom 1: King bed + private bathroom Half bathroom in the hallway Second Floor: Bedroom 2 (Minnie & Mickey): 2 Full beds + private bathroom Bedroom 3 (Spiderman): Full-over-Full bunk bed + toddler bed + private bathroom Bedroom 4: 2 Queen beds + private bathroom Bedroom 5: Queen bed + full bathroom Common Areas: Large living room connected to a modern kitchen Additional lounge on the second floor, perfect for games or relaxation Washer and dryer Exterior: Private screened pool with child safety fence Patio with outdoor furniture and lounge chairs Additional Amenities: Central air conditioning FREE Wi-Fi and cable TV in every room Towels, bedding, hair dryers, iron, and ironing board For babies: Pack 'n Play and high chair available upon request at no extra cost House Rules Reminders: -Parties/Events: No parties or events. $500 fee for violations. -Smoking: No smoking indoors. $500 fee for violations. -Pets: No pets allowed. $500 fee for violations. Parking: Parking is free. There is space for 2 vehicles in the driveway and up to 2 additional vehicles in the guest parking area. Please do not park on the grass or block the sidewalk. Commercial vehicles are not allowed. Guest access Self Check-in: Access to the house is safe and convenient via a keypad. We will provide your unique access code before your arrival. Full Access: You will have access to the entire property, with the only exception being a locked closet for the owner. Resort Amenities: Your stay includes full access to the amazing facilities at Windsor Island Resort (a refundable clubhouse card is required). These include: Water Park: Lazy river, water slides, and zero-entry heated pool. Sports & Recreation: Gym, volleyball and basketball courts, mini golf. Services: Restaurant, café, ice cream shop, and jacuzzi. For guest safety and privacy, access to the property is strictly limited to registered guests only. No third parties are authorized to enter the property during a reservation unless previously coordinated with the guest. Each reservation is assigned a unique access code. Other things to note Parking: Parking is free. Maximum of 4 vehicles allowed per reservation (2 in the driveway and up to 2 in the designated guest parking area). This limit is strictly enforced by the Windsor Island Resort HOA. Additional vehicles will not be permitted inside the community, and we are unable to make exceptions. Pet Policy: No pets are allowed. Violation of this rule will result in immediate eviction without a refund. Hours: Check-in: 4:00 p.m. Check-out: 10:00 a.m. For early check-in or late check-out you must contact us 24 hours in advance to confirm availability. Starter Supplies: We provide a welcome kit with basic items (hand soap, toilet paper, etc.). Please note these are limited and may not last your entire stay. We recommend visiting a local supermarket for additional supplies. Package Delivery: We recommend using DHL, FedEx, or Amazon for online orders, as USPS often does not deliver to vacation rental addresses. We are not responsible for undelivered packages.
