The space Side B of this duplex home has 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths with 2 pullout sofas for additional sleeping. This beautiful marshfront property features a large, partially covered porch/balcony facing the Marsh for amazing sunsets and unparalleled wildlife viewing. An outdoor patio and gas grill make the perfect spot for cookouts and crab boils along the Marsh. A boat dock, kayaks, SUP, life jackets & crabbing gear are all available for guest use, though these special amenities are shared between guests on Sides A and B. When it comes to ocean/beach time, beach access is just steps across the street and easily accessible from the home . No matter what you crave, HipNautic has you covered! The Master Bedroom has a Queen bed and an attached bathroom. The spare bedroom has a twin/full bunk with a pullout trundle underneath (3 total beds in that room) and a bathroom just outside the door The downstairs reading room is also Marshfront and has a queen-size pullout sofa. It has a door as well so can be kept private (like a bedroom) if that is preferred. The upstairs living room area also has a queen-size pullout sofa. All linens, blankets, pillows, etc are provided as part of your rental. Watch the sunrise over the ocean each morning, take a leisurely kayak journey along the tidal creeks in the afternoon, feast upon freshly caught fish & blue crab for dinner, then watch the sunsets over the Marsh at night from anywhere on the back side of the home. SLEEPING SPACES: Bedroom 1: Queen with bathroom adjacent Bedroom 2: Bunk bed (single on top, full on bottom) with trundle bed (full) underneath. Bathroom adjacent. Downstairs Sofa Bed: Queen size pullout located in downstairs reading room with a door that closes so it can be made private. Nearest bathroom is up one level. Living Room Sofa Bed: Queen size sofa bed located in main living room (so no privacy). Bathrooms are located up one level and down one level Guest access You have private access to all areas of Side B with the exception of locked owners' closets. Other things to note The Indigo House is a duplex-style home with Side A and Side B being separate rentals (with the option to combine both sides for whole house access & privacy). Side A is larger (4BR/4BA) than Side B (2NR/2/BA). There are separate and distinct entrances for each side with private porches & balconies on each.
