No street parking (tow zone). Designated parking available across the street. Cameras: Outdoor security camera monitors and faces the driveway, a Ring doorbell camera outside near the front door and one in the pool areas that faces away from the pool (no indoor recording). Pool/Spa: The heating system for the pool is available as an optional service for a daily charge of $40 (needs to be ordered prior to your stay). This will apply to every night of your stay. For example, a three night stay using the heating systems will cost $120 ($40 x 3 night). The heating system operates automatically from 8am to 8pm once activated. The spa isn't heated automatically and is included in the pool heating fee. (Note: The spa area next to the pool is not a hot tub) *Smoking inside the home will result in a $500 fee *Soiled beds will result in a $250 fee* Trash: Bag trash in provided 13+ gallon bags (under sink) before placing in the brown bin by the front door. $75 fee for non-compliance. Trash Valet, picks up daily, time varies. Pool: Weekly pool maintenance (Thursdays) will access the pool via the back of the house and leave once done.
