Longer stays: midstay cleanings on us! Qs? Msg me The space --------------------------------------- 🎁 You can't see THESE in the listing photos — but you will absolutely feel them during your stay! 🫶 Property managed by the owner, not a disinterested property mgmt corp employee! When you stay with us, YOU'RE OUR ONLY GUEST, not one of many. You get our full attention. We're genuinely invested in making your stay amazing—just read our reviews. We will never ask you to strip sheets, water plants, or do any other ridiculous chores before you leave—you're our guest, not a housekeeper. 💨 Clean air—no musty smells, no dusty vents, no cheap plug-in cover-ups "The pictures looked nice, but how does it smell?" — that's the question most guests forget to ask. The #1 reason previous guests fled other rentals early to find refuge here was unpleasant musty or moldy odors they discovered only after checking in. We have a new AC unit, professionally cleaned air ducts, and MERV 10+ filters changed every two months. Finished with the subtle, luxurious scent from Antica Farmacista diffusers—because clean air should smell beautiful! 💡 No harsh, glaring cheap blue LED lights—only high quality GE Relax warm light throughout: soft white (3000K) in the kitchen, warm white (2700K) elsewhere, and candle-warm (1800K) in reading corners for a cozy, relaxing ambiance. ☕️ Water filter changed and coffee machine descaled regularly on schedule, to enjoy the full repertoire of our bar! __________________________ 🪪ID verification required before check-in! As responsible hosts, the safety and comfort of our guests and neighbors in our Tifton community is our top priority. For this reason, we require ID verification of all adult guests prior to check-in—so we always know who we're welcoming into our community. For full details, please review the Additional Rules section or message me before booking. __________________________ 🏝️We've created a place with everything we wished for when away from home—the place we always hoped to find, but never quite did. Not just another rental, but a place so unique and well put together, you'd want to visit year after year (as many of our guests do). Our approach is simple: quality, function and comfort first, elevated by beautifully designed, luxurious touches. We've thought through every detail, from the essentials to the unexpected extras. Fancy some homemade ravioli? Why not—there is a pasta machine in the kitchen. ____________________ *** FEW HIGHLIGHTS *** • 5-STAR HOTEL SLEEP (sturdy wood frames, premium mattresses, finest down bedding—same as in Ritz-Carlton®—white cotton percale sheets & spa towels) • THE best Tifton location—right across the pool.
