The space The building offers direct beach access and two pools overlooking the beautiful Pacific Ocean. One of the best views of Friday Night fireworks right from the huge lanai!!🎊🎆🎇 Designed with flexibility in mind, this suite is perfect for that romantic getaway or special small family trip. Open up the two floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors to your expansive lanai, complete with full netting and high-end turf that stays cool and comfortable on your feet. The lanai is so big is has two seating areas (two top dinning & wood outdoor sofa) both with incredible views of the ocean. One of the few units that allows you to keep the doors open and enjoy the natural Hawaiian breeze. Plenty of room to lay down my yoga mat from Bali, swivel the TV towards the patio and start your workout or meditation. When desired, a powerful split AC ensures cool, restful sleep. Building is on the water and centrally located and within walking distance of many sights and attractions. Building has direct beach access down to Hilton Lagoon and just a quick stroll to Duke Kahanamoku Beach (consistently rated as one of the Top 10 Beaches in America by Dr. Beach) Building has shops and restaurants and there is also many other close restaurants and attractions including the largest outdoor mall in the US, Ala Moana Shopping Center. ★ SURFBOARDS ★ Unfortunately there is no surfboard storage available at the property. There is a surfboard rental shop at the base of the hotel ★ PARTY SQUASHER/DOORBELL CAMERA ★ We have a device installed which measures the occupancy of our apartment in real time by sensing the presence of mobile phones in the unit. It does not record video or audio. We also have doorbell camera located at the main entrance. ★ PARTY / GROUPS / EVENTS ★ Not set up for gatherings/ events/ parties of any kind. Very important that “ALL” guests staying must be included in the reservation ★ LAUNDRY FACILITY ★ Paid washers and dryers are located on every floor of the building. Washers and dryers, including detergent vending machines, accept credit card payments through a mobile app. ★ GUEST RESPONSIBILITIES ★ Guests are expected to stay responsive through Airbnb messaging and reply to the host's questions when needed. No smoking or drug use is allowed on the premises—the building enforces a $500 fine for smoking/vaping, even on the terrace, and any fines will be charged to the guest. Check-in begins at 4:00 PM. Upon arrival, please confirm via message. On check-out day, vacate the unit by 10:00 AM and send a message to confirm you’ve checked out. ★ DISCLAIMERS ★ ✔ Private condos to do have access to the gym, front desk or daily cleanings. ✔ There's no dishwasher in this unit (very common in Hawaii) but I have all the tools for easy hand-washing ✔ NO MAIL SERVICE: No mail or shipping. This is a full-time vacation rental and you won't receive your mail and packages. (Uber eats, grocery deliveries are allowed) ✔ Garage Height Clearance 6’7 (Midsize vehicles and under) THE BUILDING: ♛ There is a great shops on the ground floor including little ice cream shop, poke shop, restaurant, spa, convenience store and much more. ♛ There is a rooftop steakhouse on the top floor with a panoramic view HOW TO GET HERE: From Honolulu Airport, it’s about a 10-20 minutes’ ride.
