Both the living room and the bedroom are equipped with independent central air conditioning. Each room is fitted with a smart TV. The TV in the living room is 86 inches, while those in the rooms are 55 to 65 inches. Both the master bedroom and the guest room bathrooms have bathtubs or showers. The pool heating option must be booked for the entire duration of the stay and cannot be selected for partial nights; it costs $50 per night from March to November and $70 per night from December to February. Guest access Whole house The car is parked in the indoor garage. Garage remote control provided, returned upon check-out. Pool & Spa Heating (Optional) Pool and spa are heated together and cannot be heated separately. Due to rapid water evaporation and high energy costs, actual heating costs are approximately $80–$100 per day, depending on the season. Heating fee: $50/night (March–November) or $70/night (December–February). Please request heating at least 24 hours before check-in. Heating is optional; the pool and spa remain available for use without heating. Thank you! Other things to note The accommodation fee does not include the spa heating cost.
