This place is a single studio casita with built in kitchen and full size refrigerator. It has a large tropical oasis pool and this place is situated on a lake with dock. Beautiful grass landscaping with lake views and wildlife including rabbits / ducks/ turtles / lake otters / alligators . Bring your pet with FEE Come up past the front gate to a private secure home in the back of the main two story house. The carport is for the guests. Lots of room for other vehicles or a boat trailer / uhaul rigs ect on our property. All guests must be registered and verified by ARB&B prior to arrival. Note a guest wrote in their review The bed was SO comfortable, my husband and I slept like babies the whole time. Guest access Only Guests are allowed to use our pool hours are posted / also the dock and lake front is available for wildlife viewing and boating activities. Pool is not heated. Update: 11/25/25 We changed the main bed to a huge comfortable QUEEN bed as had been requested in the past reviews by our wonderful guests that we host. All guests must be registered and be properly verified by AirBnB prior to guests arrival and checking in. All extra guests must be approved by AirBnB prior to arrival the property. All guests must create a AirBnb account and get properly verified and added to the reservation prior to receiving check in door key pad info. All guests must be registered and brought into the reservation prior to continuing the reservation you have 24 hours after booking to bring all stated guests into the reservation or we will request ARBNB to cancel the reservation for the safety of all here at the Mango Tango Estate all individuals arriving or visiting will be requested to be added and booked into the reservation. Other guests need to have a visible profile at time of booking requests. All guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by their legal guardian or parent. Parents are not allowed to just Drop off your Child. We love hosting and want everyone to have an amazing, smooth stay at Mango Tango Estate 🌴😊 To help us do that, please make sure all guests are added to the reservation at the time of booking. This allows us to properly prepare the space, amenities, and overall experience for everyone in your group. In addition the first two (2) individuals booked are included in the original booking all others we charge $$30 per night extra in addition to the original booking price for all extra guests. If plans change and you need to add additional guests after your reservation is confirmed, no problem—we understand things come up 👍 Just keep in mind that any added guests must be approved and officially added to the booking before arrival. There will be a $50 add-on fee to cover management screening and processing, along with the standard $30 per night per extra guest. If you need to remove an added guest, that can be done as well. However, there is a $50 removal processing fee, and any adjustments or potential refunds related to that guest will be reviewed and issued after the stay is completed, once we’re able to verify the guest was not present on the property. For everyone’s comfort and to keep things fair for all bookings, unregistered or unapproved guests are not permitted on the property or to use amenities at any time. We do actively monitor occupancy, and any violations of this policy may result in additional charges or immediate cancellation of the reservation without refund. This home was everything and so much more than what my husband and I expected. Lovely hosts, beautiful home, relaxing pool, amazing lake view. The bed was SO comfortable, my husband and I slept like babies the whole time. I wish I spent more time in the pool!!! This vacation was amazing in itself, but without this air bnb it wouldn't have been nearly as nice and relaxing!! Many nice amenities that i didnt even get to all of them. Matthew is always kind and responsive. He was very receptive to our questions and concerns! If this place is available next time my husband and i come down, we'll absolutely try to book here again!! The bed was SO comfortable, my husband and I slept like babies the whole time. Palmetto Bugs are outdoor bugs that occasionally make their way inside like a spider or moth. Unfortunately, seeing them can be part of the Florida experience. Our home receives regular professional treatment and we very rarely see bugs inside. You can help avoid an unwanted bug by keeping windows and doors closed, as well as cleaning up any spills quickly.” Sorry no refunds for bugs of any kind. Periodically and randomly we have contractors doing light construction maintenance this will happen between the hours of 8am and 5pm. This is to help keep the property updated and nice so we can continue to have a exceptionally nice place for our guests.
