These two single-family beachfront houses sit just a few doors apart in Murrells Inlet behind natural dunes, a rare find in a market of condos. Watch the kids splash in the pool, shared by only 10 homes, then walk down to the sand together. Dogs welcome. Made for multi-family vacations, big group beach weeks, and golf getaways. The space Two houses, just a few doors apart in the same small community, witha combined 8 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, and 21 beds for up to 31 guests. Ocean views from every level of both homes. In each house, both king rooms look out over the water and share a balcony, perfect for the first coffee of the day. The main levels open to decks with stairs down to the pool and the beach, so you can watch the kids in the water while you cook or relax. Each house has two king rooms, a bunk room for kids and cousins, and a back bedroom. At Siren's Song the back bedroom has a full bed and a twin bunk, and at Mermaid's Delight it has two bunks. Both kitchens are fully equipped, each house has its own laundry, and 500 Mbps fiber WiFi covers both homes. Each master suite has a work space and each bedroom has a Roku TV. Beds are made and fresh towels are set out in both houses when you arrive, along with starter supplies for the kitchens and baths. Yoga mats and a Pilates kit are ready in each house for morning workouts. Guest access Both houses are yours. The pool, beach access, outdoor showers, and grass area are shared with only the 10 homes in Portofino I. The pool is heated April through October and Thanksgiving week. Parking: Room for up to 8 cars, 4 at each house, under the house and on the driveway, one behind the other. No parking pass needed. A free public lot about 250 feet south is available for daytime overflow. Other things to note The pool, beach access, and outdoor showers are shared by only 10 homes, so it feels like your own corner of the beach. The pool is heated April through October and Thanksgiving week. Beach chairs, umbrellas, toys, and boogie boards are provided at both houses.
