Early Check-in / Late Check-out: available on request, subject to availability, and must be booked in advance — $75 for up to 2 hours, $150 for more than 2 hours. Luggage drop-off only: $40. Staying more than 30 minutes past check-out without a booked late check-out may incur a $150 fee. Professional Services: The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized before your arrival.
