The Villa Guesthouse

There is comfort and calm in this newly renovated guest house. We often stock your favorite breakfast ingredients and often deliver fresh cookies . The 2 separate family rooms each have a TV as well as a large TV in the Primary bedroom (king size bed/ensuite bathroom). The popcorn machine is ready for your movie night or sit under the stars around the fire pit and enjoy hot beverages. You may also wander The Villa gardens (home in front). And be sure to enjoy your luxury linens and soaking tubs. The space Our 3 acre property includes The Villa, on 2 acres with lovely gardens, gazebos, fountains.....which the guests may wander through. The Villa Guesthouse sits on 1/2 acre, with a wildwood, a huge patio (which has tables, chairs, and umbrellas for eating) and relaxing couches and chairs, a fire pit and outdoor heaters ....the landscaping is in progress. The last 1/2 acres is a parking lot behind The Villa, where guests are welcome to store larger vehicles or a motor homes with permission. Guests can talk with Teresa about about family gatherings, and charges for small wedding events. Guest access The whole house is yours. The garage is used to store my personal items. 4 -5 parking spaces are available by the garage. Also a huge parking lot behind The Villa can be used with Permission from Teresa, for large vehicles, motor homes, large trucks etc. The main house known as The Villa, is in front of The Guesthouse, and this is where the host family resides. Other things to note The Villa Guesthouse is located 30 min to 1 hr to over 8 ski resorts (Sundance, Park City, The Canyons, Alta, Brighten, Snowbird, Solutude, Deer Valley). We are close, 15 to 20 min away from BYU and UVU and only 45 min from U of U and Westminster. There are miles of paved biking trails 2 minutes from the house. You can bike all the way to Bridal Veil Falls in Provo Canyon....on paved trails ! American Fork Canyon is in our backyard and is famous for Rock Climbing (we can schedule a private climbing clinic for you with a world famous climber), hiking, fishing in Tibble Fork Resevoir, or a beautiful drive along The Alpine Loop . Wonderful restaurants are minutes away. The LDS Mount Timpanogos Temple is 5 minutes away and can be seen from the property.
