This quiet, ground level apartment is close to all the main attractions Morgantown has to offer. Within walking distance to a café, Sheetz, playground & walking trail. Aldi is across the road. 2 miles to Ruby Hospital and WVU stadium, 5 miles to Mylan Park Aquatic Center, 1 mile from the Coliseum, and The space This is a house turned duplex. This apartment is on the main level with front and back door access. The upstairs unit has a separate entrance on the side of the house. The first bedroom has 2 twin beds with a closet and small dresser. The second bedroom has a queen bed with a wall mounted TV (streaming capable), closet and small dresser. The bathroom offers a bath/shower combo stocked with plenty of towels. A large washer and dryer are located in the bathroom. The eat-in kitchen has updated cupboards and stainless steel appliances, including a gas range and oven. It is stocked with all the kitchen essentials from dishes and glassware to standard baking and cooking equipment. The living room is furnished with a comfy leather couch and chair and a TV ready for streaming. There is free street parking directly in front of the apartment, as well as private gravel spaces for 1-2 cars behind the house. Guest access Every space on the main level is available for guests. The unfinished basement off the kitchen is locked and not accessible. Other things to note Cancellation policy is most applicable to game weekends and graduation weekend. If plans change last minute, please reach out and we will work with you on the refund. No smoking of any kind inside the apartment. If smoking outside, please close all windows and doors so smoke does not come into the apartment. You will be charged an additional fee if there is a smoke odor left behind. Pets must be housebroken and should not be left alone unkenneled while guests are gone. We also request they are kept off the furniture. Please also clean up after your pets in the yard. Poop baggies can be thrown in into a trash bag in the outdoor trash bin.
