Each room features its own smart TV, a spacious closet stocked with extra pillows and blankets, and double doors leading to one of four porches. Each bathroom comes with a hair dryer, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and hand soap. Essentially everything you need to feel right at home! 🔹OUTDOOR SPACE Our outdoor space is your ultimate retreat! Take a dip in the heated pool, unwind in the hot tub, or fire up the grill for a family cookout. The tiki bar, complete with power and a refrigerator, is perfect for serving up cold drinks and snacks. Relax on the lounge chairs or gather around the outdoor dining area and café-style table. Located just steps to the beach, our 3rd-row home offers ocean views from the front porches. Additional conveniences include an outdoor shower, beach chairs, a rolling cart for beach trips, and parking for up to six cars—everything you need for the perfect seaside getaway. Other things to note You must be 21 years or older to stay with us. From Memorial Day to Labor Day, we offer 2 seaside beach chairs and 1 umbrella at the Cedar Ave public beach access, available upon request for your use from 8am–5pm daily. **There is a daily/weekly fee to heat the pool: $40 a day, $250 a week.** Just let us know at least 7 days in advance so we can get it ready for you! Our fireplace is non-operational. We have a gas grill but do not supply propane. You can refill our tank or purchase a new tank at our local food lion or any grocery store/gas station nearby. We try to accommodate early check in’s for $50 per hour and can confirm only on the day of check in. Unfortunately, we can’t accommodate late check outs. Unapproved early check-in or late check-out will result in a $100 hourly fee. We supply linens and most essentials needed for your stay, including: Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, starter TP, linens, beach towels, bath towels and hair dryers. Shipping to the house is not guaranteed, since the home is not a primary residence, mail is forwarded.
