Following booking I’ll need you to provide me with the following information for the primary guest so that I can place a reservation under your name: -First and Last name as on ID -Mailing Address -Email address (for your resort confirmation) To ensure you receive all the same benefits as an owner; free parking, reduced occupancy taxes, and discount card; always refer yourself to a guest of the owner if prompted by the resort. By booking you agree to the following: 1. Host assumes zero liability for property loss or damages, and zero liability for injury or accidents in or about the premises during Guest’s vacation. 2. Host/Owner is not held responsible for unforeseeable circumstances affecting the resort including repairs and improvements. 3. Guest will provide a credit card at check in and takes responsibility for all incidental charges associated with their vacation for which additional fees are charged including occupancy tax of $30/night. 4. Guest shall use the Property in accordance with the rules and regulations of the resort and will pay for all repairs, replacements and damages caused by the acts or neglect of or his/her guests. Construction Notice Beginning Aug. 9, 2026 to Nov. 16, 2026, in Hale 1 through 5 and Jan. 10, 2027 to Mar. 3, 2027, in Hale 6 through 8, the resort will be undergoing villa refurbishment. The construction will be done floor by floor for each Hale. A property wide fire alarm system upgrade will be completed at this time. Please anticipate construction noise during daytime hours.
