To access the guesthouse, you’ll take a short set of stairs down into the garden, leading you to a secluded patio and your private sauna entrance. The property is designed for privacy and tranquility, capturing the cool Puget Sound breeze. Parking Private parking in the driveway available (1 car up to 220 inches) Thoughtful Extras: cedar sauna, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a selection of snacks to welcome you. Guest access Guests enjoy total independence with a separate, dedicated entrance to the guesthouse. You will have exclusive access to the entire unit, the private cedar sauna, and the manicured backyard patio. Other things to note This is an attached dwelling unit guest house on the bottom floor. The hosts live in main house above so you may hear light footsteps from time to time. Occasionally we have landscapers to tidy up our gardens, they do access the backyard but do not need access to the unit. No A/C, no dishwasher or washer/dryer on-site.
