This is a 1 bedroom villa attached to a studio via an interior common door that connects the two units. Includes extra sofa bed in guest bedroom/studio section. -2 bedroom full villa: 1 entrance and slightly larger living room and dining area. Only one sofa bed in living room area. Villas are located on the north-side/garden wing of the Sheraton property just across the street from the hotel side and beach. By booking you agree to the following: 1. Host assumes zero liability for property loss or damages, and zero liability for injury or accidents in or about the premises during Rentee’s vacation. 2. Host is not held responsible for unforeseeable circumstances affecting the resort including repairs and improvements. 3. Rentee will provide a credit card at check in and takes responsibility for all incidental charges associated with their vacation for which additional fees are charged. Additional charges will include Hawaii timeshare occupancy tax of ~$300/week. 4. Rentee shall use the Property in accordance with the rules and regulations of the resort and will pay for all repairs, replacements and damages caused by the acts or neglect of or his/her guests.
