The space The home is a comfortable and clean 2 bedroom 2 bath plus office/den. The property is nestled against Coconino national forest land making this a perfect getaway for anyone seeking fresh air, dark skies, beautiful sunsets, privacy, peace & quiet, and immersion in nature. Behind the home is nothing but open public forest land all the way to Sedona. The home was fully remodeled in 2024, everything inside is new. There is a large covered porch attached to the front of the house with plenty of seating, yoga mats, and attached fenced in side yard for pets. There is an old horse corral located at the front of the property that serves as a private fully fenced dog run for our guests. A detached guesthouse and a tiny house on the property are also furnished vacation rentals. You have private parking next to the house and exclusive use of the main home and its attached covered porch and side yard. The home is set in a canyon overlooking the Verde River Valley surrounded by mountains, expect to encounter wildlife and bugs in this rural area. It is very dark at night, solar lights are scattered throughout the acre property for your safety. A private trail from the backyard takes you up onto mesas with stunning red rock views, and miles of nature trails. Stargazing at night is incredible. Guest access Prior to your arrival we will send you the keypad code for entry to the front & back doors. Guests enter the home through the front door located on the covered patio. Pathway to patio gate/guest entrance is lit at night by solar lights. You have private parking next to the house and exclusive use of the home and its attached covered view deck and small fenced yard. Guests have shared access to old horse corral area in front of property that serves as a fenced in dog run. Guests have shared access to trails located in the backyard. The home is across the street from homes lining the Verde river. There are no street lights. It is dark at night. Solar LED landscape lights and motion sensor lights are scattered throughout the over one acre property for your safety. The neighborhood has proven to be very safe for guests and pets. Other things to note Please do not block the circular driveway at any time. Also please do not drive around back where the guesthouse and tiny house parking areas are.
