Bedroom Configuration: Ground Floor: One master bedroom with a King bed and private bathroom. Upper Floor: One master suite with a King bed and private bathroom. Fully equipped kitchen with central island, perfect for socializing. Washer and dryer for your convenience. Central air conditioning and free Wi-Fi. Cable TV in every bedroom. For guest safety and privacy, access to the property is strictly limited to registered guests only. No third parties are authorized to enter the property during a reservation unless previously coordinated with the guest. Each reservation is assigned a unique access code. Other things to note Welcome Supplies: We provide an initial kit with basic bathroom and kitchen items such as toilet paper, soap, and trash bags. Please note that these supplies are intended for your arrival and not for the entire stay. Heated Pool (optional): If you would like to enjoy the heated pool, the fee is $40 per day (minimum 2 nights). Please request this service at least 48 hours in advance. Grill Use (optional): You can rent a grill for your entire stay for $100.
