Eagles Nest on Lake Ponte Vedra is a unique hidden gem nestled among coastal oaks across the street from the Atlantic Ocean. You’ll have access to a true nature get away rarely seen by even most residence of NE Florida. Redfish and Trout are abundant - kayaks are available for a leisurely paddle or a fishing adventure. Sleeping arrangements - king in bedroom, double in living room, 2 fold down chairs in loft. A $400 security deposit is required to be returned if nothing damaged. The space The living space is quaint, 1260sf under air opening up to a very spacious outdoor 2nd level porch under roof. The dock on the lake features a large underroof 2nd level sitting area. Kayaks and canoe are available upon request - launching from our private dock. Guided fishing and / or nature tours on the lake can be arranged as well for an additional fee. Guest access Eagles Nest is accessed from Ponte Vedra Blvd / A1A a short distance south of Mickler’s Rd public beach access. It’s the only building on 3 lots so it’s as private as one gets (300’ wide x 800’ deep). As such, you cannot see the house from the main road. Either of the 2 gravel driveways will get you to the house.
