The compound also features two identical casitas that each sleep 4 in the upstairs sleeping area, with a living area and full bath downstairs, and immediate access to the Jacuzzi spa/cold plunge. Walking distance to all the best restaurants, the turtle reserve and the beach! Home features custom furniture, window treatments, air conditioning, WiFi network, and well-equipped kitchen. Guest access Entire very private compound/fully walled with electric gate and main gate intercom, is yours!! Complete instructions, including directions to the property, gate and door codes, will be provided upon booking. Other things to note WATER CONSERVATION Water is a precious resource, and we appreciate your help in conserving it during your stay. Our home is equipped with a 10,000-liter backup water tank to help minimize any interruptions. However, please note that Guanacaste periodically experiences municipal water restrictions, especially during the dry season. These measures are implemented by the local water authority and are beyond our control. While our backup system provides additional water storage, extended municipal outages or unusually high water consumption may temporarily affect water availability. We kindly ask that you help us conserve water by: Taking shorter showers. Turning off faucets when not in use. Running full loads of laundry or dishes. Reporting any leaks as soon as possible.
