A peaceful canal retreat where manatees drift by and kayaks can be launched from our private dock. This 4-bedroom home sleeps up to 12 guests and features a pool, spa, hammocks, outdoor dining, and games. Pool heating is available for an additional fee. The space 🌊 Canal-Front Views & Private Dock Wake up to serene canal views and a 60-foot dock that feels like an extension of your backyard. Lounge in hammocks, sunbathe, launch a kayak, or simply watch Florida’s native wildlife glide by. 🛌 Spacious & Comfortable With 4 bedrooms for up to 12 guests, the villa is designed for families and groups to relax, reconnect, and make lasting memories. 🏖️ Resort-Style Outdoor Living Enjoy the saltwater pool and spa, along with a safety fence, life jackets, and pool toys for peace of mind and fun for all ages. Please note: Pool and spa heating is optional and available for an additional $30 per night. When requested, heating must be purchased for all nights in the reservation and cannot be added on a per-day basis. Heating operates during scheduled pump hours, from 9 AM to 9 PM, and can be set to 93°F. While we welcome family gatherings and relaxing getaways, we strictly prohibit parties or loud events. • Quiet hours are 10 PM to 8 AM – please respect the peace of the neighborhood. • Maximum occupancy is 12 guests overnight, and all must be listed in the reservation. • Parking is limited to 4 vehicles in the driveway. Street parking is not permitted. • No smoking or vaping allowed on the property. • Pets are welcome with an extra fee and basic rules. • If your stay includes a Tuesday or Friday, you are responsible for rolling out the trash bins the night before.
