The Barn near Sedona: Pool, Fire Pit & 2.5 Acres

The Barn is tucked into the back corner of 2.5 private acres in the Verde Valley, about 25 minutes from Sedona's trailheads and 7 from the tasting rooms of Old Town Cottonwood. Enjoy your morning coffee on the porch, listening to the birds; spend your day hiking the red rocks, visiting tasting rooms, or exploring the shops of Jerome; after dinner, relax by the fire pit and enjoy a sky full of stars. Three bedrooms sleep ten, the pool is private and fenced, and Level 2 EV charging is free. The space The Barn is an open floor plan perfect for families and groups: a full kitchen with island and bar seating, a high-top table that seats six to eight, and a living room with a large smart TV, all in one big room under a high ceiling. Mini-split heating and cooling throughout, and fast WiFi. All sleeping areas are upstairs: two private rooms with comfy king beds, and the open Loft with a double, a twin with roll-out trundle, and a queen sofa bed in the sitting area. Two full bathrooms: a stand-up shower downstairs, a tub/shower combo upstairs. Outside, two large covered porches face natural surroundings, plus a private 40-ft fenced pool and a fire pit for evenings under a sky full of stars. Free Level 2 EV charging is provided. Guest access The whole property is yours: the house, both porches, the pool area, the fire pit, and the parking area with the EV charger. The storage shed and a few locked closets hold owner and housekeeping supplies and aren't part of the rental. Trash and recycling bins are beside the shed (grey lid trash, blue lid recycling). Other things to note Getting around: 7 minutes from Old Town Cottonwood with a wide variety of restaurants, shops, and wine tasting rooms, 15 minutes to the vineyards of Page Springs, 18 minutes to historic Jerome, about 25 minutes to Sedona's trailheads and red rock vistas, one hour and 15 minutes to the high country of Flagstaff, and two and a half hours to the Grand Canyon. Security Cameras: The Barn has four outdoor security cameras covering the parking areas, driveway, front entrance, the storage/trash area beside the house, and the rear of the storage shed. All cameras face away from common living areas and are conspicuously mounted. There are no cameras indoors or at the pool area. Please let us know if you have any questions or concerns.
