Things to Know A few things we would like you to know before you arrive, so your stay is as comfortable as possible. 🌡️ Colorado mountain homes are not typically equipped with central air conditioning. Thanks to the cool alpine climate, summer evenings generally range between 45° and 55°F. Opening the windows allows fresh mountain air to naturally cool the home, and portable fans are provided for added comfort. 🏔️ Silverthorne sits at about 9,000 feet. We recommend taking your first day gently and drinking plenty of water while you adjust to the altitude. 🏛️ Clubhouse access follows the community's guest hours, and each guest signs a simple amenity waiver; we will send the current hours with your reservation details. 🏡 Summit Sky Ranch is a residential community. Please keep noise to a minimum and respect neighbors. 🚗 Parking for four vehicles in the driveway, plus the garage; there is no street parking. 🚙 Four-wheel drive or all-wheel drive is highly recommended from October through May. 📋 Our House Rules, including the 28+ booking age, holiday check-in dates, and quiet hours, are listed below. You also have access to the Summit Sky Ranch lake, beach, trails, Aspen House, and the Lakehouse during guest hours. Entry is by keypad; your code arrives before check-in, with no key handoff. Parking for four in the driveway plus the garage; no street parking. Please let us know if anyone in your group needs a hand with stairs or luggage, and we will gladly plan ahead.
