TV/STREAMING The property features smart TVs with access to streaming apps like Netflix, YouTube, and more. Please note that guests need to use their own accounts for these services. NO PARTIES/EVENTS We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. Any guests found to be hosting an event or party will be subject to immediate eviction without the possibility of reimbursement. NO SMOKING INSIDE Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any evidence of smoking will result in a fee for odor removal, duct cleaning, and furniture cleaning. PROPERTY MAINTENANCE We pride ourselves on ensuring your stay is as comfortable as possible. We have a dedicated maintenance staff on-call for most hours of the day. Should you notify us of any concerns or issues after 5PM, there might be a delay in addressing it until the next day. However, please rest assured, we will do everything within our power to rectify the situation promptly. POOL/HOT TUB MAINTENANCE Our pools and hot tubs are maintained by a trusted third-party company. Due to their independent operations, we can't provide specific day confirmations to guests about their visits, and they are not required to announce their arrival when servicing the property. HEATED POOL DISCLAIMER Please note, our pool is equipped with heating features. However, during the winter months, the effectiveness of the heating can be limited due to lower temperatures. We strive to ensure your comfort, but please set your expectations accordingly for a cooler swim experience in winter. Guests are kindly requested to request pool heating in advance of their arrival to ensure optimal enjoyment during their stay.
