All of the comforts of home and the luxury of a large pool and outdoor space in a perfect location Uptown by Tulane. Walkable to the streetcar, to Audubon Park, the Freret corridor, and Magazine Street. Very easy 10-15 minute ride to the French Quarter, Mid City, or City Park. Off-street parking. **Please do not ask to rent for a party! Sorry!** The space Single room with a Queen bed, with private bathroom. Plenty of outdoor space, and a private kitchenette and workspace in the poolhouse. Tulane and Loyola parents are welcome to have their children and any friends hang out while they are visiting. Guest access Guests typically have self check-in and check-out, but we are available to assist and welcome you as needed! Standard check-in time is 3pm, and standard check out is 11am. We try to be as flexible as possible to meet guests' needs. During your stay It is possible you run in to us and our very cute little ones in the shared spaces, pool, yard, or driveway. We love meeting new people and enjoy a chat, but we are also busy and strive to provide guests with privacy. Happy to give you any recommendations for things to see and do!
