Private Room Near South Mountain and Airport #2

Private bedroom in a comfortable 3 bed/2 bath, 3-story home. Close to downtown, the airport, and South Mountain. The house is in a safe HOA neighborhood with 24/7 security. The house is a room rental property and has guests in the other two rooms. Easy access to the property, each room has its own unique door code. I allow 2 guests per bedroom max, so you will be sharing the bathroom with 1-2 other guests. The space The room is fully furnished and has a queen bed. The 2 bedrooms on the second floor share the guest bathroom. The master bedroom is on the third floor, and it has its own bathroom. There is a third half bathroom on the first floor that anyone can use. To ensure the house stays clean, a cleaning crew stops by regularly. Each room has its own assigned cabinet/pantry/fridge space. Please use your assigned space to store any food or other items. Please do not take food/items from the other roommates/guests. Guest access Your room number is #2. You will be provided a 4-digit code that will be used to access the front door and your bedroom door. Keys are not provided, however there is a lockbox on the exterior of the house in the event the lock batteries die. Garage parking is first come, first serve. If there’s a spot available in the garage, feel free to pull in. Street parking is also available. You may park in the two spots in front of the house or behind the house (see pictures). The two spots in the front of the house are meant to be short term, so no more than 1-2 days. The spots behind the house by the garage allow parking for as long as you need. Street parking is available in the adjacent neighborhood as well. It's about a 3-5 minute walk to the house. The names of the streets are Wayland Dr. and Pecan Rd. See the attached pictures for a map of the community. During your stay Check-in is completely self-guided, but if any issues arise, please reach out! I live only about 20 minutes from the house. Other things to note House Rules: - Please clean up after yourself and keep the common areas tidy - Wash your own dishes and put them away when dry. Failure to do so will result in an additional cleaning fee. - No smoking, vaping, or use of any smoking/weed products inside the home or anywhere on the property, including the yards. Evidence of this will result in a $200 fine. - Pets are not allowed. If a pet is found in the room, this will result in a $200 fine. - Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM - Only one person is allowed per room. Unapproved guests are not permitted. A $100 fine will be charged for any guests not included in the original reservation. - Please do not move furniture or decor around - Please do not take food/items from the other roommates/guests. - Late check-outs past 11 AM will be charged a fee equal to the cost of 1 night. Please pull into the garage as far as you can to one side in order to allow 2 cars to fit comfortably. Street parking is also available. We are not responsible if you get towed for reasons listed on the signs. The HOA can tow for any of the following reasons, without exception: Abandoned vehicles, backed in, parking in handicap spots without a permit, no plate, expired registrations, flat tire, wrecked vehicles, not moving, fire lane, permit parking, time restrictions, double parked, roadway parking, multiple vehicles in driveway, load zones, no parking areas, no landscape parking.
