They may need access to the backyard to retrieve equipment such as the lawn mower, snow blower, or other maintenance tools. Please note that the neighborhood has strict guidelines regarding lawn maintenance. Additionally, garbage bins must be stored inside the backyard and should not be left outside i.e. the bins should not be visible from the street. For these maintenance purposes, they may open and access the backyard gate as needed. Most of the lawn mowing and yard maintenance will be done on Monday.
