Guest access You’ll have full access to the entire home, including the kitchen, living areas, outdoor dining and sitting areas, heated pool, pool table, shuffleboard, and all amenities, with the exception of one closet which will remain locked as the owner's closet. Keyless entry ensures a hassle-free check-in, and we’re available 24/7 to make your stay perfect. Other things to note *For longer duration stays please reach out to us, we can negotiate the price for stays longer than 12 days. *Absolutely no parties, violation may result in immediate termination of your stay. *The pool is 3'-9' deep, it is very important to watch your whole party while the pool is being used, especially children. By booking you are taking responsibility for all guests of your party while on the property. *No smoking in the house, or illicit drugs on the property. *We have our pool maintained weekly to keep it sparkling and clear for you, but during monsoon season (June-August) the high winds can cause debris and sand dirty the water. Please notify us and we will get the company out there as fast as we can to get it cleaned up. *If you have any problems during your stay, you must give us a chance to remedy the situation before giving us a bad review. *There will be a late charge starting at $25 assessed for late check outs that aren’t approved and cause delay for cleaners. *There is a google doorbell camera at the front door, it is the only camera on property.
