Your Tahoe adventure starts here! This spacious & thoughtfully decorated 2BR condo sleeps 6. Enjoy stunning lake views from the living room, relax by the cozy wood-burning fireplace, & cook in the modern, fully equipped kitchen. Nestled among the pines by Heavenly Mountain/ski resort, hiking & biking trails are steps away. In a short 10 minute drive you’ll reach Nevada Beach or the casino corridor with dining, bars, and live entertainment. The perfect Tahoe retreat year-round! The space The open floor plan, and in-unit laundry add extra for comfort. There is a king bed in the master bedroom, a queen bed in the second bedroom and a pull out queen sleeper sofa in the living room sleeping a total of 6 guests. This unit is located at the end of the building so you only have neighbors on one side. In the winter, the ski shuttle which will take you to the Stagecoach lift at Heavenly Ski Resort stops right outside the condo parking lot. There is a fire lane to access the building, you can park your car there temporarily to offload your luggage. Once you get inside, the unit is all on one level, however there are a few stairs to get to the front door. There is one nicely updated bathroom which has a bath shower combo. Guest access You will have the whole unit to yourselves. Keyless entry Other things to note The stove is gas-operated. The right knob in the middle needs to be turned to the light-bulb setting (picture) in order for the burners to ignite.. The condo is fully stocked with linens, towels, and all essential kitchen necessities. A Keurig coffee maker is available, and complimentary coffee pods are provided for your stay. Firewood for the wood-burning fireplace can be purchased at Tramway Market, just a 5-minute drive from the unit. There is a fire lane where you can drive down and temporarily park to offload your items. Once you’re done, you can move your vehicle to the designated parking area. To access the unit, walk down one short set of stairs and turn left into the breezeway. When you reach the end, go up a set of stairs to the 2nd floor. Unit E will be located on the 2nd floor at the end of the building.
