The space A well-loved spacious home with wood floors and tender touches on 2/3 acre with 4 bedrooms, 3 baths (3 bedrooms/2 baths downstairs; loft with 2 additional beds and 1 bath). A home built by a local contractor who won several US Government awards for Home Efficiency, and who lived for decades on the very same quiet, quaint, tree-lined street. A street with little traffic great for morning or evening family walks. Willows out your dining room window, cattle a few houses down, geese overhead at dusk; all these surround you as you cozy up. All the standard amenities, and for entertainment an 85' inch TV in the main room, as well as TVs in the Master and in the loft as well. Guest access All home is available, including full home, front, side, and back yards. A few areas have been kept in reserve for owner's items: attached garage, a few cabinets, and 1 master closet reserved as owner's cabinet. Please know that due to size of property, property also includes detached garage with a small living quarters in the very back. There the quiet and kind son of a lifelong family friend resides, and whose grey car will regularly be parked to the left side in front of the detached 2nd garage. We ask that you kindly ensure the side driveway remains clear so he can easily get in an out and respect his privacy; although he is technically available, please - only in case of true emergency. Other things to note Absolutely, NO smoking allowed. This home is a family heirloom, and as such, we desire to keep it in good condition for the enjoyment of generations to come. Please understand we ask there be no smoking or vaping of any kind within the house. In addition, the pet allowance is restricted to two small dogs under 40lbs each.
