There's a baby booster seat, a partially fenced yard and yard games. ➤ Are pets allowed? Yes, dogs are welcome. Please note that the yard is fully hardscaped, with no grass or plants. If you’re bringing a dog, you’ll need to take them off the property for bathroom breaks and walks. ➤ Can we book more space? Yes. The back cottage (2BR/1BA) on the same lot is listed separately, or book the whole property (5BR/4BA). ➤ Where do we park? You have your own designated parking space in front of the cottage. Other things to note • Damage waiver or deposit: For everyone's protection, we require either a small non-refundable damage waiver or a refundable security deposit at booking. • Sea turtle nesting season: Sea turtle nesting season runs May through October. If you notice nesting activity, please admire from a distance—protecting this beach is part of what makes it so special. • Another group may be staying in the back cottage during your visit. • Pets: Pets are welcome for an additional fee per pet. • Max occupancy: 6 guests. Only registered guests may stay overnight. • No parties or events. Quiet hours are 11p to 7a • No smoking or vaping inside the home. • Parking: 2 spots.
