While we will not be present during your stay, we are always available via the messaging app to answer any questions or address any needs that may arise to ensure you have a wonderful and comfortable stay. ★★Other Details to Note★★ • Starter Kit: We provide a starter kit of essentials like paper towels, toilet paper, and soap. For longer stays, you may need to purchase additional supplies. • Supplies Not Provided: Guests are responsible for providing their own firewood for the fire pit and propane for the upper deck BBQ grill (a tank is provided for you to fill). • Trip Insurance: We cannot offer refunds for weather-related events or other circumstances beyond our control. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance for your trip. • Security: For the safety and security of our guests and property, exterior security cameras are in place monitoring the driveway, gates, and side yards. There are no cameras inside the cabin or monitoring private guest areas like the hot tub or decks. Check-in is at 4:00 PM EST Check-out is at 10:00 AM EST Other things to note House Rules To ensure a safe and enjoyable stay for everyone, please observe the following rules: • Maximum of 18 guests. • Pets are allowed with an additional fee. • The hot tub is for guests 25 and over. Guests under 25 may use it only with adult supervision. Alcohol is not permitted near the hot tub. Do not use the hot tub if you have consumed alcohol or are pregnant. Use at your own risk. • For the indoor pool, no diving is allowed. All children under 18 must have an adult present at all times. The pool door has a security code and must be kept closed. • Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times while on the decks. Important Information • **Starter Kit:** We provide a starter kit of paper goods for your convenience. Guests are responsible for any additional supplies needed during their stay. • **Supplies Not Provided:** We do not provide firewood for the fire pit or propane for the upper deck BBQ grill (a tank is provided for you to fill). • **Refunds:** We cannot issue refunds for circumstances beyond our control, such as weather.
