Permit #: STR-25-000195 Bedrooms • King Suite: Includes blackout curtains and a 50” TV. • Two Queen Bedrooms: Each with blackout curtains and 40” TVs. • Bunk Room: Full-over-full bunk bed with a twin trundle, blackout curtains, and a 32” TV. • Additional Sleeping Options: A queen air mattress and couch bed are available upon request. Entertainment & Living Spaces • Two Living Rooms, each with a 65” smart TV. • Fireplace is not permitted for use. • Game Room with a foosball table, 1Up Arcade and closet full of games for hours of fun. • Private Backyard Retreat featuring a sparkling pool (additional fees apply to heat) and a soothing hot tub. Kitchen & Coffee Bar • Fully stocked kitchen with modern appliances. • Dedicated coffee station with a Keurig latte machine, coffee pods, and creamers included. Guest access Guests have full private access to the entire home, pool, hot tub, game room, and backyard. There are two locked supply closets. Fireplace is not permitted for use. Self-check-in is easy with the smart lock. Parking Restrictions (strictly enforced): • No street parking • No parking over the sidewalk • No parking in the grass • A maximum of 4 vehicles allowed, and all must fit in the driveway or garage The pool can be heated for an additional fee. It takes 48-72 hours to heat it, so please let us know beforehand if you plan to use the pool during the winter months so we can schedule that. Hot tub use is included and can typically heat up within 60-90 minutes depending on weather. Other things to note • Dogs are welcome for an additional $75 per pet per stay. No cats allowed. • Pool can be heated for an additional fee. Please inquire. • Blackout curtains are installed in every bedroom for your comfort. • Shower essentials provided, including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, makeup wipes, toothbrushes, toothpaste, and mouthwash. • No parties or events. • No smoking or vaping of any kind inside the home. • Exterior security cameras in the backyard, garage and front door are present for safety. • A rental agreement and ID verification may be required. • The city of Grand Prairie does not allow Airbnb guests to park on the street, grass or over the sidewalk. It is strictly enforced, and fines will apply. • Electric Vehicle Charging — STRICTLY PROHIBITED • No pets allowed in the pool. • Any violation of the occupancy limit or parking rules will result in additional fines up $500 per occurrence.
