Blue Bear Haus-walk to chair lift from condo

“Blue Bear Haus” is a spacious 2 bedrooms, 2 bathroom unique , original design Lake Tahoe mountain condo (5 minutes to Heavenly’s Stagecoach and Boulder Lodges), close to beautiful hikes and mountain bike trails right from the condo. The space Enjoy the cozy fireplace and cool mountain nights. This 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo has 2 queens beds, and a king futon and full Murphy bed in living room. The kitchen allows for in-condo cooking - has an oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, pots, pans etc 10 min drive to lake. 5 min walk to Heavenly’s Stagecoach ski lift. 5 min walk to vast trail systems plus great biking trails nearby Has a washer/dryer in the unit Guest access Guests have access to whole condo The pool and hottub is communal Other things to note Per Douglas County rules :- - Guests have to be over 25 years old to book and need to stay on property - Quiet time is STRICTLY 9pm - 8am (no outside entertainment during these hours) - fines can be issued by the County (per Lake Tahoe Vacation Rental Rules) - No parties or events allowed in condo - only # of guests listed are allowed to spend the night on property (6 maximum) - parking passes to be displayed on vehicle during stay (2 vehicles allowed per our permit) Condo rules :- - This is a strict “NO SMOKING/VAPING” and “NO PETS” units. - Any evidence of smoking/vaping or pets in unit will result in $250 fines and/or eviction. Other items note :- - there are a number of stairs leading up to the condo. - we provide a “start up” kit of 2 toilet rolls in each bathroom , 1 paper towel, 1 sponge, shampoo/conditioner/lotion, Guests are required to purchase additional items for their length of stay. - as we live in the mountains, we do have critters, bugs, bats, bears, so we ask guests to please keep all screen doors closed, when doors are open. If we have to get someone in to remove any of these, there may be a fee charged. - power/Wifi outages are out of our control, as these are controlled by utility companies - pool/spa hours/closures are controlled by the HOA and we have no control of them. Due to the crazy nature of our world right now, we strongly suggest that whenever you take a trip you purchase a travel insurance to guard against unforeseen circumstances beyond ones control (fire, weather, illnesses, etc…) ** Please note - the HOA has informed us that the pool/spa will be closed for construction from 7/21/2025 until further notice
