We do offer plowing services for over 2 inches of snow but it is not guaranteed by check-in or check-out. We do provide shovels and salt to deal with this situation. Guests cannot invite other guests (not provided in their registration form) during day in the community. Guest access Guest will have access to the entire property. except owner closet and crawl space. Starting from memorial day weekend , Community amenities will be available at an additional rate of $10/day per person for the duration of your stay The passes will be available at the rate of $10 only if it is ordered at least 3 days before your arrival and it will be available at $25/pass/day for your duration of trip if it is ordered later.This will be an additional charge.Also there will be $300 fine for each missing or lost passes. Guest must need to register with Penn-estate in order to enter inside the gated community. Guests will have access to the entire property via keyless entry except owner closet and crawl space. Door code will be shared before check in, Need to watch kids for outdoor and indoor activities. Community Access/Rules You must register with Penn-estate before arrival,registration fee is $75 . All community rules must follow including Driving speed limit,quite time 10 PM-7 AM (weekdays) and 11PM- 8 AM (weekend). Any violation ticket from community during your stay must be paid by guest even though it will be on owner’s name. To access community amenities, you need to get passes. The passes are $10/day/pass for your duration of trip. The passes will be available at the rate of $10 only if it is ordered at least 3 days before your arrival and it will be available at $25/pass/day for your duration of trip if it is ordered later.This will be an additional charge. If you loose guest pass then there will be charge of $300 per pass..
