My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). Creole cottage is a walking distance to Magazine St, shops, restaurants, art galleries, and Tipitina’s on Tchoupitoulas Street. The apartment is equipped with a queen bed in bedroom and sleeper sofa in the lounge. Every unit counts with a/c , microwave and mini refrigerator. A shared hot tub in the courtyard is also available. Property is located in a safe neighborhood, 1 mile from Audubon Park and Zoo. The space This small/Cozy newly built apartment has private entrance/ courtyard area. Bedroom with a queen bed and closet. Living area with a pull out bed sofa and an additional sofa, full bathroom, flat screen TV, microwave and mini fridge. A shared hot tub is also available to our guests. The property is two blocks away from Magazine Street, restaurants, coffee houses, shops and much more. Convenient to all public transportation. This is a great area to walk. Everything close grocery store/wine store Take the Magazine bus to Central Business District, French Quarter in 15 minutes. Near to Audubon Park, Garden District, laid back neighborhood, rent a bike, its a great area for bike riding it is truly one of the best parts of Magazine Street. Please make it your home away from home,please be respectful of our wonderful neighbors and try keep noise level down after 11 pm. Pets may be allowed upon request please inquire Prices will vary for special events and holidays. Guest access House Rules Check-in time is 4PM - 10PM. Our apartment has a lock keyless entry door. The code will be sent before arrival. Only registered guests allowed on property . There will be a charge for extra guests after 2 guests with Maximum of 4 guests . No smoking (not even in the courtyard) No parties or events You are welcome to store food and drinks in your refrigerator. Microwave is available. No pets.
