If an excessive mess is discovered after your stay, you will be charged accordingly on top of the standard cleaning fee. Please leave closed bags of trash in the can maximum at the property. 5. Standard check-out is 10 am. 6. Standard check-in is at 3pm. Early check-in is not possible due to our cleaning schedules. 7. Everything in the home is inventoried. We will charge for any missing or damaged items. 8. Any cleaning issues must be reported within a reasonable time of check-in so that we can help resolve any issues you may have. 9. We do not allow packages/mail to be sent to the address you’re staying at. You may deliver items to the door, or to a local FedEx/UPS. We cannot help you to retrieve delivered mail.
